About the Role:
Join First Response Restoration as a Restoration Insurance Estimator, where you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients recover from property damage. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our community in Hurricane, WV, and we need a skilled estimator to ensure accurate assessments and claims processing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged properties to assess restoration needs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for insurance claims using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate the claims process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain estimates and restoration processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimation and claims process.
- Document all findings and maintain organized records for each project.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an insurance estimator in the restoration industry.
- Strong knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in restoration or insurance estimating is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
