About the Role:

Join First Response Restoration as a Roofer and play a vital role in restoring homes and businesses in Hurricane, WV. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality roofing solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs.
Conduct thorough inspections to assess roofing conditions and recommend necessary repairs.
Ensure all roofing work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete roofing projects efficiently and on time.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary updates.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service to foster long-lasting relationships with clients.
Document work performed and materials used for accurate project records.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar construction role.
Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
