Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate individual to provide part-time housekeeping and babysitting support for a teen with special needs. The position is based in a private home and involves light housekeeping duties along with supervision and care for a nonverbal teenager.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean environment.
Provide companionship and supervision.
Assist with laundry and organization.
Ensure a safe and calm environment.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding the teen's needs and activities.

Requirements:

Must be patient, nurturing, and reliable.
Must be comfortable working with nonverbal individuals.
Previous experience in housekeeping or childcare preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
